Aquinas Group

The University of Kansas Health System is engaged in a joint venture with Aquinas Carondelet Home Health to provide home health services.

Through this partnership, Aquinas operates Golden Belt Home Health and Hospice in Great Bend, Kansas, and Olathe Home Health.

Home health services can be used to help recover following an illness or injury. It can also help minimize effects of a medical condition or disability or maintain function when dealing with a chronic condition. Services are delivered by a trained team of health professionals and support staff to coordinate care and provide treatment throughout recovery.
